A few of my toys

I'm looking for a handful of people to help make this site into something real. A place where people can find other people to RC with locally it will be geared towards electric RC cars, buggies and trucks of all scale sizes but mostly looking to build a site where people can set up get togethers, swap ideas & RC... with forums and such.

I'd like also make it into a club of its own, building tracks and have teams of racers to stock them up with fellow members. Yeah that's a dream, my bad.

Hopefully it can be somewhere we can pull our resources and

knowledge, $, time, land, ideas, anything to help towards a common goal of enjoying our hobby with others nearby. It will have room for newbies, mechanics and those advanced enough to build from scratch builders.

1:

If you can help build or maintain the website based on on articles, written & or video how to's or links to them, side by side with a video library and forums for USA and then a map for members (no address just zip codes) state by state so we can connect easily. I have more ideas and looking for more. I need help from the people who spend way too much money and time on RC's to help build a website that you would want to go to, fill in where the "what's missing" bit that other article/forums based website. Just not too much clutter. If this sounds like your jam and want in at the, just under the ground level your my guy, it can partially your own creation with a share in any revenue created. There will be a page for swag to generate funds along with product links and links to youtube videos, Twitter and so on we'll figure out how to make enough income to pay for the amount of time invested .

2:

We will also need, not just experienced Admins for forum moderators but fair one's.

3:

Content Creators and all the other stuff related to building, running and moderating a website and if need/want to coordinate in person meet ups for Racing & Bashing.

Why do I need help doing what is an otherwise easy thing,I have a highly debilitating disease CRPS. It keeps me in pain 24/7 and it affects my memory pretty bad among other things it does.

I'm looking for other people in the Dumfries area of Northern Virginia to go RC bashing or racing with. Dumfries RC Park ! I'm also gathering everything required in order for Prince William Park Dept. to get a hearing in order to change a portion of an unused field AKA "Green Spaces" into a a RC Park. I could use help with this undertaking because I'm going to have to prove they would by allowing this it would draw interest from other people who would use it other than just me. It may not end up in Dumfries but I've got spots picked out here in the parks here in Dumfries.

Has anyone tried the BMX course they have beside the sports complex?

Below is a list of my 4 favorite cars to bash with, take a look.

If your RC collection has 1/5th scale or 1/10th scale 4x4's and aren't to snobbish to be seen in the company of my $ pits then let's hang out and try not to break our shit. You know we will, anymore than 3 or 4 hours & something always, always without fails leaving a car down.

Typically I'll take out a 1/5th scale and 2 of my 1/10th scale 4x4 stadium trucks, it's all I have room for. That's what I get for downsizing from a pickup truck to a Mazda sports car.

1-1/5th scale x2,

1-LOSI DBXLE 2.0, Buggy

2-ARRMA Kraton 8S, Truggy?

1/10 scale x2,

1-Traxxas Slash 4x4 VXL

2-AARRMA Senton 4x4 brushless

5 other smaller buggies down to my Team Associated 18B.

My main arsenal to bash are the 1/5th & 1/10 scale trucks are my honey pot & depending on the spot and or if there are going to be someone w/o something to drive there's the less pricey to fix 1/12,1/13,1/15th scale & a 1/18th scale.

I like bashing at construction sites (wearing a hard hat :-) on weekends. There's not a lot of legal places to go around Dumfries. I'm new to the area and I'd like to find better places to go without having to drive 40 minutes each way. Another spot for 1/10 scale trucks in behind the 1st 7-11 on the left when getting on 234 N from 95. You can see the dirt on Google maps but it's a natural track with gullies.
